While I certainly don't think Moore helped, the fact is that Kerry lost because he was a lousy candidate who waffled constantly and stood for nothing, and he was up against a candidate who took a firm stand and left little or no doubt about where he stood. Most people want a president who came make a damn decision and that clearly was NOT Kerry.

........and it didn't help when Kerry brought up Cheney's daughter at the debate, and when Teraaaaaayza said that Laura never had a real job as an adult.

BRILLIANT moves.

The decisive blows to Kerry were self-inflicted:

Kerry's statements re: submitting the US' national defense policy for a "GLOBAL TEST" and Kerry's preference to DEFER to the U.N. and a "Global concensus."

Kerry's expressed seditionist attitudes condemn him.

Also, Kerry's senate record condemns him. Will he be re-elected?

Moore's film sold a heck of a lot of tickets.

And a lot seemed to have liked it. That shows that Moore didn't cause the loss....Kerry himself did.
