There is only one solution Which side one takes in the great debate over illegal immigration policy is a matter of values. Do you treasure life? Are you prepared to live in a country where old people are discarded... and strongly encouraged to euthanize themselves to "get out of the way?" Are you prepared to live in a country where children are deprived, because their parents can't afford both them and the support of the elderly? In 1930, there were 40 workers per retiree. By 1950, that had shrunk to 16 workers per retiree. In 20 years, it will be just two workers per retiree. That's quite a resource drain on a couple trying to raise children. 10,000 illegal immigrants are entering the United States every day. If that keeps up for 20 years, it will barely be enough to keep the ratio of workers to retirees at what it is today. Euthanasia for the old? Or immigration? Really, there is only one solution. |
Of course if we hadn't aborted 40 million American citizens in the last 30 years we wouldn't need to face your choice.
What kind of a society kills 40 million of its own and replaces them with immigrants?
