"Hillary has a critical election to win in 2006 and it is not clear that she has won that election yet."

As far as I can tell, the GOP can't find anybody to run against her in 2006. Pataki now hints he is running for reelection, and Giuliani seems likely to wait for the presidential race in 2008.

Not sure if it was likely or registered voters.

Yes, I suspect that's the case. No doubt "somebody" will run against her, but nobody with a chance. I think it's almost a certainty that we'll be running against Senator Hillary, not private citizen Hillary, in '08.

It is a shame that she wasn't taken down during the Clinton years. Now it may be too late. We'll have to beat her in a campaign, not the legal system.
