What I'd love to say to Lisa.

"We're gonna give you a fair trial,
followed by a first class hanging!"

"fischer4kids"

I hope that screenname helps her get the death penalty.

It clearly shows premediation.

I believe the actual murder and kidnapping took place in MO which is generous in it's use of the death penalty as opposed to KS where the child was found.

I did some reading on Ratter Chatter, and these are very fine dog-lovers sharing tales, etc. about their beloved Rat Terriers. They even had a book published, collecting all their funny stories and tales of their Rat Terrier dogs.

A psychopath came in among them, expressing a interest in Rat Terriers, and who would ever suspected the truth at first?

Kudos for those very alert and close-knit Ratter Chatters, they really came through when their friend was murdered and her baby stolen.

Bloggers in pajamas, only in this case, instead of solving forged documents, they solved a murder.

I remember last year when ebayers traced down a case of fraud right to the house when the legal system claimed they "couldn't find" the fraudulent sellers.

The internet is changing us in so many ways I never thought of.

These poor dog enthusiasts. All they were trying to do was share information and enjoy their hobby, and some sick freak had to invade their lives. They will never be the same.

The evil in this world is just unconscionable! Who can you trust anymore. You try to teach your children to see the good in people and that people are inherently good...then these barbaric acts happens. God, I pray this dad finds peace and happiness in his new born daughter and this monster of a woman finds herself rotting in hell!

Pardon me for being late to the story but did this woman intend to sell the baby or keep her and pass her off as her own?

BTW, if the crime was committed in Missouri, that would be who had jurisdiction in prosecuting the woman. It might be possible, if any additional charges are necessary, that this woman is guilty of fraud.

And doesn't crossing state lines mean she may have committed a federal crime as well?

I predict she will be offered a plea for 2nd degree murder, and plea out to a manslaughter charge. The defense has already set this one up perfectly. She lost her baby, was INSANELY fraught with grief and not thinking clearly. She will never be convicted of first degree murder. IMO

This is rather freaky because it reminds me of a post to me from months ago. Someone posted to me on a thread I had posted months before about stillborn babies. It was the first and only post for that poster-name. And it made me rather disturbed as I was expecting at the time. The post was the last on this thread (the tagline plus a related website):

Thank you, Ratter Chatters, for putting it all together and calling the police. It's because of YOU that the baby was rescued alive and well.

I propose hanging using rope offered by the lowest bidder.
It may take a few times to get it right ...

Hi,

Here is a post I made on the Ratter Chatter board concerning this thread (And article). I've been lurking here for a number of years, but still can't figure-out how to post links that work...I wish it wasn't so hard...But here it is...
