In light of the ACLU's further attempts to weaken the resolve of our country and to stoke the fires of anti-Americanism around the globe, it's time to stand up to these people. Now they are providing aid and comfort to our enemy during a time of war. It's time to begin protests outside of their offices, to call attention to their anti-American agenda, and to bring shame to their ugly agenda. Bring signs denouncing the ACLU, bring Christmas songs to sing, bring some Boy Scouts along, too!
Let's begin organizing and standing up to these traitors! Terrorists are NOT people, too.
WASHINGTON - American soldiers tortured Iraqi prisoners by strangling them, beating them and placing lit cigarettes in their ears, even after the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal came to light in April 2004, according to new allegations.
Internal FBI memorandums made public on Monday by the American Civil Liberties Union include detailed reports of detainees in Iraq being chained for long periods, left to defecate on themselves in cold prison cells, and other inhumane treatment.
The ACLU said the documents provide a paper trail implicating senior U.S. government officials in the illegal practices carried out by U.S. soldiers.

STEP 1
DOCUMENT ALL OF THE LAWYERS THAT SIGN OFF ON ANY PLEADINGS, ALLEGATIONS, ETC. FOR THE ACLU, AND ENCOURAGE BOTH BUSINESSES AND CONSUMERS TO **NOT** USE THOSE LAWYERS.
STEP 2
BEGIN AN ONLIN LIST OF THOSE LAWYERS, AND TRY TO GET THEIR BAR CARD NUMBERS, AND BEGIN SEARCHES FOR ANY LITIGANTS THAT THOSE LAWYERS **INDIVIDUALLY** REPRESENTED IN ANY ACTION, OR OPPOSED. STUDY THE ETHICS RULES AND FIND WAYS TO FILE ETHICS COMPLAINST AGAINST THEM IN THAT STATE.
STEP 3
DO RESEARCH ON THE ACLU, DOCUMENTING CLEARLY AND CONCISELY A HISTORY OF ITS AGENDA IN THE FORM OF A BRIEF. SUBMIT THIS "BRIEF" IN ANY LEGAL ACTION THE ACLU ENTERS AND ASK THE COURT TO SANCTION THE ACLU FOR MISLEADING THE COURT (ABOUT THEIR SUPPOSED "CIVIL RIGHTS" AGENDA) AND FOR ETHICS VIOLATIONS.
STEP 4
LOBBY CONGRESS TO HAVE OPEN HEARINGS ON THE ACLU, AND ON PAYING LEGAL BILLS WITH TAXPAYER FUNDS FOR THE ACLU'S SUITS. NO MATTER WHAT THE OUTCOME, THE ACLU'S REPUTATION WILL BE SO MUCH FURTHER DAMAGED THAT IT MAY JUST COLLAPSE!!
These are SOME of the things that can be done to TOTALLY ATTACK the ACLU and make them shrivel up and die...
The key is looking for creative ways to destroy the individual lawyer's careers, and to so completely discredit and damage the organization that it just fades away (although certainly kicking and screaming)...

WHEREAS, the American Civil Liberties Union (the ACLU) has shown itself to be hostile to religious expression by private citizens and the civil rights of people of faith; and
WHEREAS, the ACLU has declared war on the Boy Scouts of America, the military of the United States, Christmas displays, public buildings that display the Ten Commandments, and many other American traditions; and
WHEREAS, the United States Congress, roughly thirty years ago, passed a provision in United States Code section 1988 that requires taxpayers to pay attorneys in civil rights cases; and
WHEREAS, the ACLU has abused that law to make untold millions of dollars simply by suing boy scouts, school children, military academies, cities and towns, with the goal of punishing any who dare to exercise their First Amendment right to religious freedom and expression; and
WHEREAS, the vast majority of taxpayers do not want to be forced to pay the ACLU to sue their neighbors and friends in the ACLU's efforts to strip America of all signs of faith; and
WHEREAS, the Establisment Clause of the First Amendment was not contemplated when USC section 1988 was passed;
THEREFORE, the People of the United States call upon their Congress to amend USC section 1988 so that hostile special interest groups such as the ACLU can no longer be granted taxpayer money to attack Americans and their institutions.
We, The People, call upon our elected representatives to amend USC section 1988 so that fees are not awarded to the ACLU or any other plaintiff in Establisment Clause cases. We wish for the Free Expression Clause to implicate at least the same financial incentives as attacks upon faith currently have.
Spend your time and energy identifying the SPECIFIC LAWYERS that sign off on ACLU briefs and pleadings. Start compiling that list first. That will be energy MUCH better spent.
Also, start lobbying Congress for hearings. More publicity about the ACLU's true agenda will help to undermine and ultimately cause it to collapse. Just like with the Main Stream Media, the more people SEE the corruption (outside of informed conservative circles) the less influence they will have...
