Freaky-deaky stuff - these downtown underground explosions, no? There are many explosive vapors/gasses are generally heavier than the regular air we breath. They will seek out the lowest spots. Plus it doesn't help when people illegally dump flamable materials down storm drains and sewers. I've been monitoring these explosions and see nothing out of the ordinary that would suggest terrorism.

(I don't know what your problem is, but I'll bet it's hard to pronounce)

I've not seen anything that would necessarily suggest terrorism, either, however I would definitely characterize these explosions as "out of the ordinary".
Coincidence? Possibly so. I know that extremely unlikely events do occur.
Unintented Consequences of Actions Taken, illegal or unwise? Perhaps. I know that some people/corporations do illegally dispose of flamables, etc., and as you pointed out, some are heavier than air. The current theory being floated makes some sense, that of copious quantities of rainwater mixing with extreme amounts of applied road salt and causing accelerated corrosion/degradation to the insulation of underground powerlines. The resulting sparks igniting "whatever" flamable materials present.
Terrorism? I don't think that can be ruled out, yet. I guess my purpose was just to throw a couple of "dots" out there to see if anybody else saw a connection, or not. I have walked on those streets, so it seems a little "close to home".
