Speaking of conspiracies, I posted on JP's No Escape a list of people who were politically active and quite influencial who "committed suicide" or died young fairly recently. Of course they were labeled "depressed," however, there is much debate about each of their deaths.
MONTREAL (CP) - Canada's spy service is under fire from critics, including one of its former agents, for systemically destroying source notes related to terrorism cases and the high-profile Air India trial.
Canadian Security Intelligence Service record-keeping is being scrutinized after a renewed defence request this week to quash Canada's case against alleged al-Qaida terrorist Adil Charkaoui because of eliminated CSIS notes. Former CSIS agent Michel Juneau-Katsuya says the agency's practice of destroying notes can disrupt the court system.
