"Underground Explosion in Center City (Philadelphia, PA - 1/13/05)
January 13, 2005 — Firefighters in Center City are investigating an underground explosion. It happened around 5:00pm on 16th between JFK Boulevard and Arch.
The explosion blew two covers off of manholes. One person was hit."
Now my mother works right there and was there at 5:00 and she didn't mention squat. Come to think of it, neither did the local 11pm news.
You are correct Teri....it was mentioned on the 6:00 news but not the 11:00 news. Seems to be worth mentioning to me!
