Of course they are! I'm sure there's a great deal of celebration and happiness over the bombing in Mosul. I have nothing but contempt for these people. American fighting forces had to die in order to avoid collateral losses in the early days of that rat hole. Turns out our troops died and the very thing they were trying to avoid happened anyway! We should have put a perimeter around the entire city, told everyone to get out via US run check points and then leveled what was left. Far fewer of our people would have had to die and the city would have been no worse off than it is right now. They should be directing their anger at those who are responsible for their plight and chief among them is the American liberal elite.
Anger is an Islamic virtue. Anger and "being offended."
