Realistically, the passengers would have died either way. I don't say that to imply that their lives had no value, but the deaths from this act of terrorism would have been much worse had this flight reached its intended target. Maybe the passengers caused the crash.
I agree with you. If ever the word victim applied, the flight crews and passengers of those ill-fated flights on 09/11 certainly qualified. It seems those on the Pennsylvania flight tried to turn it around, but were unable to. They have my respect and heartfelt sympathy, as do their relatives and friends.
It is more {satisfying/noble} to die with your {teeth/claws}{in/at} the {throat/heart} of the enemy of {nest/totem/civilization}! Die, nest molester!
