Yes, we are practical people. We learn from our mistakes and use that learning to WIN. We are fluid and adaptable. The Arabs, from what is written in the article, are more interested in image than effectiveness. They can never in their wildest dreams defeat the US militarily. Their 'culture' sucks!!
