Interesting. When Sheshel' went to the hague (on his own, he was not arrested) he told the reporter onboard the plane that he will be released because "they have nothing on me". Interestingly he also predicted that Prime Minister Zoran Djindjich would be eliminated (which happened shortly thereafter).

I wonder if, behind the scenes, and due to lack of any real provable evidence agianst Sheshel', the powers to be simply decided to release him to the Belgrade authorities knowing that there may be some very eager people waiting to mete their own version of "justice" as a payback, as was no doubt what happened to Arkan and many others.
