I am curious. Croats have been released from ICTY before, conditional release of Seselj would not be the first one. If they release a Serb, that would be breaking news. Only terminally ill Serb can be released from ICTY to go home to die. See how long Serbs await speedy trial, fundamental human right.
Secondly, to avoid misunderstanding, can you clarify, what expression "Serb apologist" means to you? Is it affirmative, like in "Christian apologist" or meant as ridicule/insult like in "Nazi apologist"?
This is important because some FR member use this term to offend anyone who dare question brazen MSM lies. If affirmative, perhaps you might phrase it idifferently to avoid misunderstanding.

I highly doubt Seselj will be granted unless he is put in Serbian custody for that time. What Seselj has done is debateable, war crime or patriot? It is not fact only opinion or fiction, depending how you twist the ICTY rules or make 'em up as you go along.
If Seselj is released, I'm sure there was a deal struck with him initiating it, knowing his disdain for Slobo's murderious ways.
Maybe a few ppl should wander over there, see, talk and live among the locals for a short while to understand what i am talking about.
The ones who continue stoking the flames there are the ones who have the most to lose, the war-profiteers. You ever meet any of them there, or over in the States or Canada? They are some of the biggest scum and cowards you will face. They pound their chests, wear the largest Serbian Icon on their chest. If you ask them to pick up a Kalishnikov, they will ignore you after they call you four-letter epithats.
Game is over, move on. That is what i say, there is plenty to look forward to over their. The bad guys are being sidelined/marginalized. Srebrenica is peaceful, a mosque was rebuilt in Bratunac, Serbian Churches are slowly being put back up or newly built within the BiH/muslim entity. Normalization is returning, move forward.
