Some nitwit environMENTAL wacko on Rush Limbaugh (Roger Hedgecock filling in) called in and said that all the digging we were doing on the surface making new roads and such caused the earthquake.
How do they explain the Great Alaska Quake of 1964 (9.2) and the large Chili Quake (in the 80's?) (at 9.5)... this quake was a mere baby by comparison.
