Seems Rather was on screen again with a backdrop that said, "Tsunami" and "Global Warming".

Not being able to hear the "news" I'm assuming it was two seperate stories.

Nope, the same story - Rather implied that there would be more tsunamis because of global warming. I assume he'll get to it being Bush's fault tonight.
