Fineman was on the Today show, spewing about how 43 was asleep at the switch because he wasn't out biting his lip, feeling their pain, and promising billions in taxpayer money that would never get to the people it was meant for.

Note to Fineman: 43 will get the relief to the people who need it. As much as needed, when and where it's needed. Where the heck were you and your colleagues when so much of our American aid sent by Clinton was being stolen?
