I wonder if he has an undisclosed medical issue or that rapid weight loss secondary to his heart surgery diet caused this???

Carter has liver lips too.
He's beginning to LOOK like Carter, same age too. Maybe this is just what happens to OLD Democrats. They don't fade away; they just start to look alike.
