I have sent so many e-mails to both the White House and to Congress about this issue. I am sure that I am not alone.

They just seem to ignore anything anyone else has to say about the Borders and Immigration. It's like we don't matter anymore, we have served our purpose, now shut up and obey!

I feel like the Blacks in the Democratic Party, used and abused. I think a serious march on Washington may be needed to turn this around and maybe that will not do it.

Any ideas??

I feel the same way. I'll bet if you added up all the emails and letters just sent from Freepers over the last few years it would be in the hundreds of thousands. Trying to talk to them is a waste of time. Not opinion, observable fact.

I would sit here and blame the democrats if at all possible, but it's our congress, it's our senate and it's our president. The only way to do it is to threaten the only thing that means anything to them....their power....and the fear of Hillary. They sure don't give a twit who is coming over the border. I live on it and it is wide open. It's not just happy Mexicans coming in to wait tables. They are finding muslim prayer rugs in the desert, arabic/spanish dictionaries, and the OTMs are not reported in Border Patrol stats....(Bush declared that info national security)...we are going to wake up some morning and you think 9/11 was bad. If Hillary is going to push it, I'm going to support it..

Hillary was a Goldwater supporter in her youth. Her parents were Illinois Republicans.

I know. I have noticed that many young people who grow up in Republican, wealthy households turn to the liberal, socialist mindset...is it guilt? I don't know; maybe I just know weird kids : )

"I have noticed that many young people who grow up in Republican, wealthy households turn to the liberal, socialist mindset"

I'm not really here to talk about George Bush, his government prescription drugs, his amnesty program, his lack of leadership on gay marriage, his failure on to veto the C.F.R. , lact of attention to homeland defense...or any of the rest of his liberal socialist agenda.

I have the opinion that the culprits are the lobbyists from the construction industry, corporate farms and other businesses that profit from cheap labor.

If you think about what the wages of a union construction workers makes, a brick layer, a plumber, etc., houses would cost so much more that a lot fewer people could afford them.

I love Bush so I don't critisize him any more than is necessary, but on illegals, I disagree, but one of his campaign points to the minorities was that more black families had been able to buy homes in the last 4 years than ever before. Could they have if in Texas they were building 250,000 dollar homes instead of 90,000 dollar homes?

Also, the mortagage industry, banks etc., are all tied into home ownership---insurance companies. I could go on, but like the cliche says "follow the money".

" his campaign points to the minorities was that more black families had been able to buy homes in the last 4 years than ever before"

That is a sham statistic. It is up every year since they started keeping track in the 60's. It will be up next year too and the next and the next.

I'm sure you are an expert at this and I, just an ignorant amatueur, but my daughter works for a title company and mortgage company and she told me that they have had more minorities---Also, in Fort Worth there was a ghetto-like part of town that had been that way for decades, but in the last two years, it was razed and "middle income" homes were built.

Also, just for the record, not pertinent I guess to your argument, but one of her duties is too check every applicant against a national terrorists list to see if the persons name is one it. Imperfect I'm sure, but I doubt many people know that that is being done. Just like my son that manages a flight school has to put potential students through major hoops now to learn to fly.

I would imagine there are stronger pockets here and there. I heard a segment on this issue a few weeks ago. Every president since Johnson has pointed to this stat. Every year it goes us...every year. It is because we keep having babies and there are more of us every year. Where the stat is wrong to be used is they never quote the percentage of rise. I think you will find it rises every year in proportion to the population. The only way it could ever go down is if minorities stoped having babies...glad to hear about the check list, it would have teeth if they did that on apartment leases. I doubt many terrorists are into property speculation.

There are Elitist on both sides and they have there own agendas. Socialist want Socialism and really don't care about the Borders, the Pubbies want cheap labor and they don't want to close the borders. They both feel pretty cozy in their belief that the AMERICAN people have no where to go to defend our rights.

This election year coming up -- 2006, is a good time to send a message. I believe that a mass move of registrated voters, Republicans and True Dems to a Third Party would make them both Crap in their PANTS.

Just changing registration doesn't mean you have to vote for that candidate of the Third Party. You can vote for who ever you like. You can change your party affiliation back. Some areas have restrictions on the numner of times you can change your registration within a specified time period.

The Dimms and the Republicans JUST WILL NOT HEAR the AMERICAN People, we have no place else to go for representation in Congress: Let's see, elections 2006,

Constitutional Party,

America First Party,

Independant American Party

Well, Scarfo, even though I would also like to see illegal immigration stopped (living in Texas, we pay for the education, health for them), I just don't think I will be bookmarking your website.

Whenever a FReeper points out a good website, I usually will bookmark for the future, but I think (I hope) that you are just playing a New Years joke on us FReepers, or you are misguided in your method of immigration control. The ONLY reason that Hitlery is even talking about it is because she reads posts like yours and lemoncharlies that make the immigration problem THE hughest problem we have and in my opinion overreact. She will gather ya'll into her spiderweb (to mix metaphors) and then what are you gonna do if she is elected and gives blanket amnesty which what the dem platform calls for?
