You are assuming that the "nuclear" option, which is really the "constitutional" option, would eliminate the filibuster in the Senate for all purpose. That assumption is false. The option would eliminate the filibuster only for judicial appointments. It would remain in effect for ordinary legislation, which was your point about Hillary!Care.

Don't confuse the apples and the oranges.

Well, if that's the way it's commonly defined ("nuclear" option), fine. That's not the way I define "nuclear", so I'll change my nomenclature to fit the imprecise terminology, i.e., not all-out, everything goes.

I didn't confuse apples and oranges. I suspect the snide remark was because I happened to disparage your club.
