Maybe its just me, but aren't they the ones killing all of the Iraqi civillians?
Yes, their a bit tied up with murdering their own (along with some of our soldiers). Something tells me THIS is exactly why W took the fight over to them....so they'd be too busy getting themselves killed or captured over there.
