Precisely. The Rats have two natural constituencies: the bums and the creeps. While the creeps (or at least many of them) have to be more or less smart as a necessary prerequisite for their creepery, this does not applies to bums. Hence it necessarily follows that the Rat average IQ suffers from a significant drag.

The Dims are anti-Christian, so they lose my vote there...they're anti-US in their foreign policy, so they lose my vote there...they're pro-taxation, so they lose my vote there...they encourage devisive race relations, so they lose my vote there...should I continue???

If the Dims ever did stand for the little guy, they haven't done so in quite some time. They are now the party of special interests, all of them inimical against me. Vote Dem? Hell, no!!!
