Maybe these Muslims should worry at how their image is in the world these days.

The church my fhter attends has had special collections to aid in the relief of the tsunami victims.

The synagogue that is 3 blocks away asked a relief agency to set up a station so those in the congregation could donate---in addition to the money the synagogue had raised.

Where are all the Muslims? They send a paltry amount of money and little if any real assistance to their 'bretheren' in Indonesia. This sepite their religion allgedly saying that you should help other muslims in need.

They are more than willing to let 'the other guy' do it.

I say we send those muslims and arabs that celebrated the 9/11 attacks by dancing in the streets of Jersey City and Hoboken.

I'd make them get on the plane first.

All our aid to Egypt has done little or nothing to convince the average Egyptian we are the good guys.

I'm convinced we are the stupid guys. End the aid.

From the Australian perspective, islam's clerics all over the planet can see the 'infidel' increasing his influence in the region, Indonesia is after all the world's third largests democracy with the greatest population of muslims anywhere on earth. It's gotta be heartbreaking for them to be forced to watch us descend upon the area with thousands of military and security personnel, not to mention the aid workers, medical teams and specialists etc. Huge aircraft dislodge tons of food and equipment, water purification plants etc, and Australia, their nearest neighbour pledges a billion dollars for aid and reconstruction, making it quite clear that we will be a presence in the area for at least five years.
Poor clerics, of course they are very unhappy. The islamists had Aceh where they wanted it, they were terrorising the simple villagers, rounding them up and putting them into 'refugee' camps from which to draw their conscripts to fight the infidel...including of course, those Indonesians who didn't want sharia law...Indonesia survives on foreign investment, always has, and now the chances that the wahhabi trained 'militants' in Aceh and Abu Bkr Bashir's fanatical islamic terrorists trained in the numerous madrassas he established will succeed in creating civil stife or undermining democracy - have been wiped off the face of the earth by a tsunami.

Arabs don't give money for aid and reconstruction - both are counter-productive; islam needs victims. Well, sorry, we aren't giving victims, first we'll feed you, tend to the wounds of the living, protect your children, give you work to do and as you get to know us it will become very clear THE IMAMS AND THE MULLAHS LIED TO YOU!

Muslims just don't look at the world the way the rest of humanity views it.

You are absolutely correct, sir. Allow me to paraphrase Sir Winston Churchill regarding Islam:

"Islam encourages a fanatacism that turns a human mind into that of a rabid dog."

(Actually more like mixing my own observation with that of Sir Winston - funny that he and I, seperated by nearly a century, came up with nearly identical descriptions of the psychological effects of Islam)

"And the reason I should care what these Scuzlims think is... exactly... WHAT?"

Prcisely. It's annoying how people always whine about how the Muslims will feel if we do this or do that.

WHO CARES what they think or how they feel!

They hate because we support israel? Good for them, let em.

They dont like that we invaded Iraq? Let's see them do something about it.

They dont like the way life is here? Let them move back to Krapistan.

If the Muslims dont want our tsunami aid, let them starve to death or drown or get eaten by a crocodile for all I care.

If they dont want it, we should waste a penny on them.

I'm tired of being politically correct!

Whassamatter with these ingrates? Kick their asses and they resent it, help them and they are still not happy. I just hope that the Abraham Lincoln has proper destroyer protection so far out from the main fleet. I don't trust Muslims--they will bite the infidel's hand (yours and mine) that feeds them. I don't see any Muslim nation help their "brethern" the way we do. Perhaps we should just wash our hands and let Kofi Babba and his 40 thieves take care of the mess. Old Mo back in the 7th century truly created a satanic monster.
