While Mr. Gere's high-handed command may not succeed in motivating Palestinians to go to the polls, it could ultimately foster peace in the Middle East, since many Palestinians now hate Richard Gere more than they hate Israel.

Who sez there is no good news from th Middle East? They may have more in common with me that I realize.

What kind of arrogant and demented idiot would spout that crap? Imagine what Gere and his lickspittle cronies if Bush said "Hi, I'm [George Bush] and I'm speaking for the entire world..."
