"Hate Crime" charges against four Christian men, facing a total of 47 years in prison, were dropped after the judge viewed the tape of the incident.

Having the charges dropped is not the same as being acquitted.

Be that as it may, I hope these people can muster the money to bring false arrest and malicious prosecution charges, and also go after those gay federal doj attourneys that masterminded the entire operation.

Why were local police taking direction from doj attorneys anyway?

Somebody had to have filed a fraudulent police report to get these folks taken away like this. The group should own that person's grandchildren's homes before this is all over.

I know if they need money or me to do pro-bono work I would be willing.

And if those DOJ attorneys are radical homosexuals who were attending that 'outfest,' as was reported yesterday, then imo, they need to be charged with whatever is appropriate to their crime and fired from the DOJ.

This is a good opportunity to have a federal civil rights lawsuit filed for any number of causes.

Having the charges dropped is not the same as being acquitted You are correct, but this is better!! It says that there was no reason to arrest or charge them in the first place because the judge does not believe a crime was committed.

Calling the ACLJ or the Thomas More Center. Please do this. These people need to be slapped down hard for thinking they can prohibit free religious speech just because they have one renegade prosecutor.

Having the charges dropped is not the same as being acquitted.

Actually, having the charges thrown out by a judge is better than being "acquitted".

Juries "acquit".

Judges "dismiss".

O.J. was acquitted which means that the reviewing judges thought there was a good enough possibility of guilt to allow a jury to decide his fate.

Having a judge dismiss a case against the wishes of the prosecutor means that the judge has decided that the case is so devoid of legal merit and does not even deserve to go to a jury.

We visited Philadelphia a few years ago, to see the Liberty Bell and etc. Stayed downtown in a B&B, so we could be close. With our SON!!! It is Sodom and Gomorrah there, as bad or worse than San Fran, Sydney, Gay Days at Disneyland. There were male couples in the park, and drinking and partying went on til the wee hours. Who knew? Spread the word ....

I called the Christian Post to ask that they correct the misinformation. Hopefully the changes will be made to the article soon.

Once again, the charges have not been dropped.
