Why isn't Nudow simply committed for being a danger to the mental health of himself and others?Here in California, people like Newdow used to be locked up in a padded cell at one of our mental hospitals. Under pressure from the Dims, Reagan closed most of the hospitals. The state has been overrun by loonies ever since.
