I think everybody should be allowed up to 3 votes;
1. Regular rules apply - everyone over 18 gets a voice
2. Veterans (incl. active duty & reserves) get a second voice
3. Business owners should also get another voice. They are the job-creators & economy-drivers.

I'd add another:
4. Anyone holding a government office or directly employed by the government forfeits their vote (for whichever segment of government they hold office or work) for the duration of their term/employment.

I agree whole-heartedly. I would suggest even further that those individuals who do not pay taxes and are on the public dime should not be able to vote either.

Perhaps we should go back to the times when only property owners could vote. Freeloaders have nothing to lose and everything to gain from having the wrong people in office.
