How do the states that don't require it, get away with it.....what a puzzlement.

Along with an ID there needs to be a computer database that tracks "how many" times people vote. Some vote in each county where they own a house. I heard that some in Carmel/Monterey voted more than once based on how many homes they owned. Liberals one and all.

In Riverside County CA, the first time you vote in a particular precinct you must show your ID. There is a mark on the list of registered voters which indicates ID required.

Not the same as everyone everytime, but something.
