Governor Rossi will easily win any run-off vote, just as the poisoned Ukrainian dude did.Overwhelmion majorities of Washingtonians, INCLUDING DEMOCRATS demand a revote.

That is why that crooked shyster Gregoire and her gang of democrat party criminals will fight tooth and nail to keep their coup d'etat's momentum going. They will do everything under their power to PREVENT an honest, free election in Washington State.

They admitted for the first time in six weeks that there is no fraud. I think they're in big trouble."

Well I have to agree with this statement by the Dem operative. Because the former Republican senator DID say there were no specific allegations of fraud.

I'm starting to take serious pause with this whole thing now. The pubs are lily-livering out and I knew it.

What the hell happened to those hundreds of ballots signed by the same person?

The pubs don't have the stomach and as I see it, the ONLY way they'd ever have a re-vote is by pointing out to specific fraud.

That is just my opinion but I'm starting to see a backpedal.

I admire John Conyers more than I do those Washington pubs.

I'm not an expert on election contests, but I do know the recall statute very well.

The Democrats will tons of money

Oops. Should have been:

The Democrats will spend tons of money...

The cowboy from Texas might come to the rescue if there is another election...

I just watched her on TVW actually say that the dead voting isn't illegal, there have been no illegalities throughout the election, and "who knew the machine count would be 1 1/2 % inaccurate"?

That's be 45,000 votes!

It should be real interesting to see what "discovery" testimony forced out of election workers and officials "UNDER OATH" will bring out. Berendt may have spoken too soon.

SO you think there will be a recall instead of the election contested?

Any lawyers from the area to enlighten us about the state election laws?

Gregoire, whose inauguration is scheduled for Wednesday, has called the idea of a revote "absolutely ludicrous" but acknowledged Rossi's right to contest the election.

I guess the dead voting, and 400 people using the same address to vote is NOT ludicrous.

The Dems were all hot to count every vote, now we know why.

Do you have a synopsis of the states election laws? What steps are in place? Is there precedence?

Consider we have two Democrat Senators. Murray and Cantwell. We have a departing Democrat Governor. Gary Locke. The state Senate and legislature are controlled by Democrats. A number of judges have been appointed by Liberals. It is an uphill battle to reverse the corruption appointing Gregoire Governor. Cynically, odds are in the Dems favor they will steal the election leaving her in the Governor's mansion.

Room for optimism is found in the public, Democrats & Libs included, recognizing the illegalities. The majority are desirous of a revote, and currently furious at the Dems. This is reason enough to fight for a fair election.

I can't predict the outcome under the circumstances. The best thing we can do is fight the corruption and hope justice prevails. It never hurts to stand up for what is right.

If you want my opinion (which no one does) this is beyond belief. I mean really. [I do pictures, but it's way past my bedtime].
