You can still get a pretty good deal in Fresno/Central Valley area but better hurry; they're going fast.

Check out the Mississippi Gulf Coast for value:
For about half that amount you get this 5 bedroom/4 bath, 4,071 sq. ft executive home with a Mother-in-law apartment:

Compare and contrast this 1,449 sq. ft. home with the 46 year old ranch home you showed us at only $86,700:

Or this 3bedroom/1.5 bath cottage for only $45,000:

Yeah, but even one of those will run you $40 US bucks a night, and then the pharmaceutical bill for the treament of claustrophobia afterwards (if the guy in the next cocoon over hasnt been snoring and farting all night).

Capsule hotel in Shinjuku district of Tokyo...sets you back $40 a night.

But it may beat sitting at the train station till the trains run again at 5:30 a.m., having to negotiate around huge mounds of drunken Japanese salaryman barf on the train platforms from the night before.

We're definitely different, but we don't make that much more money.

Check poster #18's chart.

The government is doing something. Its called sustainable development and smart growth. These are the reasons housing prices are unbelievably high in CA.

California has nation's least affordable homes

This comes as no surprise to those of us who see run-down 900-square-foot homes on postage-stamp-sized lots going for $250,000 - $400,000.

Thank the Liberals for this stupid situation. It's because of their "environmental preservation" laws that are authored after limousine liberals squat on a chunk of land that real estate is at such ridiculous rates.

THAT HAS TO BE FAKE.

AFRAID NOT. Be my guest, with a little searching, you could probably find an even more costly example.

Try this Florida Keys MLS Site, Cyborg, where I got that adorable little half million dollar trailer from...
