This comes as no surprise to those of us who see run-down 900-square-foot homes on postage-stamp-sized lots going for $250,000 - $400,000.
Thank the Liberals for this stupid situation. It's because of their "environmental preservation" laws that are authored after limousine liberals squat on a chunk of land that real estate is at such ridiculous rates.
