Actually I doubt Hillary is anal-retentive/hands on her accounting...for two reasons:
First, an impression of distance lets her blame a stooge and lets him/her take the fall, suitably compensated when they get out of prison....
Second, there is the VERY REAL Arkancide/Clinton Death Watch reputation, people who cross her might really get a look that kills...and not getting that "look" from Bill or Hillary might just be enough to keep the ArkanGambino subordinates mum, see "taking the fall" above....

The Clintons have managed to keep from being indicted but not being accused. Both lied and continue to do so...the MSM is becoming their latest victim - Harold Ickes is reported to be down and McAulfee is not too far behind as his use to them is now over except for knowing where the bodies are, Terry would have been long gone....Maybe nothing sticks to the Clintons because they are a figment of the MSM & MSP, an illusion, murky at best. Exactly, Grannymay. Someone who donates used underwear to Goodwill for a tax write-off is someone who knows where EVERY penny is going. She cannot claim ignorance and brilliance at the same time. Not that she won't try, but..
