LOS ANGELES — Mexican immigrants hoping to cross the Mexico-U.S. border can use an illustrated guide to help them break U.S. immigration laws (search) and live in the United States illegally.

The 32-page booklet, free with popular comic books and advertised at bus stations and government offices south of the border, comes courtesy of the Mexican government.

LOL, I was about to post the girl in purple, but I see it has already been done. I don't think she's supposed to be the invader undocumented immigrant in the picture. Unfortunately, based on the text, I think she's supposed to represent an American in that picture--providing "see what you can encounter in America!" encouragement to try out the tips in this booklet. :-(

Lately, I've become more a fan of the www.russianbrides.com website.  For one reason, they tend to have fewer venereal diseases (or at least easier to treat V.D.s).  Secondly, there's a good array of Ukrainians, and if they fall into the right age group and geographic area, they're almost certainly sterile, thanks to Chernyoble.  Lastly, there's just something that stirs the romance in me when I see a nubile young ruskie leaning against a ditched sedan in a potato field outside of Minsk.
