David Kendall must smile every night and think...."Who'd ever thunk that my client would just "keep on giving"."

Unfortunately, this administration seems to stand beside the Clintons, so this will just pass on by like all the other missed opportunities to bring those two to justice!

How many times has Judicial Watch gone after the Clintons? Sooo many! Haven't won a case yet!

Once I saw Judicial Watch was involved I knew it will not go anywhere.

Has Mary weighed in yet with an opinion?

Hillary can't be the smartest person on earth and the least informed at the same time.

Being smart and being ignorant are not opposites. The former is a manner of innate quality--i.e., the ability to process information received and assess its meaning. The latter is a reflection on the quality of information that one possesses.

Not defending Hillary, just being a language pedant (c8

If they are going to indict hillary they better do it now or have done it under seal now. Some reporter needs to ask her directly if she has been put under indictment. ( if she says no and is found to have been she is toast) If she says yes, let the games begin.

Intersting running Sabato on the internet:
The guy seems a liberal so of course he gives Hillary a pass. He had this to say about Dick Cheney in Oct 2004:

University of Virginia political scientist Larry Sabato, in the latest edition of his highly acclaimed Cyrstal Ball eletter, looks at the dilemma facing President George Bush over Vice President Dick Cheney...and bluntly concludes "Cheney has blown it...(and) has failed his president and become a significant liability."

See: http://themoderatevoice.typepad.com/blog/2004/07/larry_sabato_on.html

Won't expect anything moderate or neutral from him.

Will anyone stand in the Senate chamber and hold up a paper with the headline, "HILLARY KNEW" so I can see it a little better?

"Hillary can't be the smartest person on earth and the least informed at the same time."

Kind if like how liberals say Bush is the biggest moron North of the Brazos river but has somehow been smart enough to steal two elections.

Given these views, cognitive dissonance must be a skill liberals work on developing.

Maybe cbs will come up with supporting documentation on her behalf.
