No grand jury is empaneled on this issue. King County isn't going to explore it, and only when Rob McKenna becomes AG will the state take an official interest in it. I don't know the Feds' status except that the FBI is rumored to be very interested in what's going on.
The FBI ought to be. Isn't voter fraud, even on a state or local level, a felony?
