I have the same thing. When I was a kid I'd go barefoot everywhere. Now I can't even walk down the driveway to get the mail barefoot.

Now I can't even walk down the driveway to get the mail barefoot. When most of us were kids, we weighed a lot less which means there was less pressure between our feet and the ground (whether it was gravel, pavement, a trail, etc.) we walked on.
