Witness: People ran before BIH military

12 January, 2005. |13:46|Source: B92, Beta

Hague- In continuation of a trial against former president of Serbia and SRY, Slobodan Milosevic, Patrick Bario appeared as a witness.

Bario, who was a monitor for UN missions in Croatia and in Kosovo, stated that several thousand of Muslim refugees from Bihacki Dzep in 1994 have ran before the Bosnian Army and hid themselves in Krajina.

Court was presented today with a document from Bosnian Ministry of Internal Affairs dated back in 1999, which would be used as one of the evidences on the presence of foreign terrorists in Bosnia, and their connection with the 9/11 attacks on NY.

Seems that Bosnia is hiding terrorists who were behind 9/11!

Terrorists outsource for specialty work. They find friends in gangs, narco-traffickers and organized crime.

My guess is that Bosnians could supply certain counterintelligence against the US to help al-Qaeda.

Media Development Loan Fund is Soros front company. And when Soros-owned media outlet admits Muslim culpability it is indeed breaking news.

>>>>>My guess is that Bosnians could supply certain counterintelligence against the US to help al-Qaeda<<<<

Bosnia has already provided more than that. Clinton administration helped AQ to set up shop in Bosnia. Do you remember shipments of Iranian arms in U.S. cargo planes? Rabid State Department propaganda on behalf of Bosnian Muslims? Keeping blind eye on mujahedeen buildup in Bosnia and terrorist training camps during AND after the Bosnian civil war?

Present day U.S. Ambassador to Bulgaria James Pardew knows quite a bit about it. He was the man on the ground overseeing the project.

What American taxpayers got in return?

1. Abu Zubair al-Haili (a.k.a. Mohammed Haydar Zammar, "the Bear") the man who brought Mohammad Atta into AQ was senior commander of Mujahedeen battalion in Bosnia. He was the chief handler of the Hamburg Al-Qaeda cell responsible for 9-11 and Madrid train bomb attack.

Zammar also brought two of Atta's lieutenants into the al-Qaida network, Ramzi Bin al-Shaibah and Said Bahaji.

2. Nawaf Alhazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, terrorists who crashed Flight 77 into the Pentagon were also in Bosnia.

3. Fraudulent islamic charities operating from and on behalf of Bosnia were conduit for AQ financing .

There is a treasure trove of information on FR. Check "goldenchain" and "balkanalqaeda" keywords

Please explain how this is "important news".

It's only news inasmuch as it confirms that Slobo doesn't have any intention of defending himself against the charges laid against him, and instead chooses to continue to play to his not-all-that-smart audience.

His latest witness just denied the massacre at Srebrenica - this isn't a defense, it's a comedy routine.

What's the matter Hoplite?
You don't like what's coming out from this trial? This is only a begining.

I asked you how any of this was important news.

Abdic's travails in and around Bihac are already part of the public record, and the issue had already been discussed between Milosevic and Ambassador Galbraith back in '03 at this very trial, to name but one instance.

As to anything coming out of Banja Luka, where the Atta information came from, suffice to say, unless it's going to be substantiated by a credible source, it's just garbage.

So again, Nennsy, what's the news?

If that's not important, then I don't know what is.

And by the way Hoplite, no witness of Milosevic ever denied Srebrenica. Nice try.

The document you reference is not important to the charges against Milosevic.

We already know about Al Hazmi and Al Midhar being in Bosnia during the war, and we know that they didn't join Al Qaeda until 1998. Further, the document is a request to check an allegation that Atta was in Bosnia - not a proof of his presence. And just because he's a Milosevic witness, and it's what I'd expect, Barriot claimed the document was obtained from French Intelligence, when it turned out to have originated in the Republika Srpska and is thus in the category of CBS's Bush Guard Memo until it can be authenticated.

As to Milosevic witnesses denying Srebrenica, allow me to enlighten you.

In his direct testimony, Barriot spoke at length about what Ratko Mladic had told him about the events in Srebrenica in July 1995. According to Mladic's version, as interpreted by the French colonel, most of the casualties were caused in the fierce fighting on 12 and 13 July between the Serb forces and about 15,000 armed Muslims that were trying to break through in the woods around Srebrenica. Barriot said that Serbs had lost about 500 soldiers in the fighting, while Muslim casualties ranged between 1,500 and 1,800. Furthermore, as Barriot claims, Mladic allowed that it was possible that “100 captured Muslims at the most” had been executed “because of hatred and revenge – by Serbs whose families had been massacred in the attacks launched by Oric’s forces on the Serb villages in the Srebrenica enclave.” Barriot claims that Mladic told him personally that neither him nor any other officer in the VRS command had ordered the killing of the prisoners.

In her cross-examination, Del Ponte challenged this version of Srebrenica events by a report of the Commission established by the Republika Srpska government which admitted that more than 7,000 Muslims had been killed in the enclave in July 1995. Barriot, however, refused to accept this, quoting the figure of 1,500 “identified victims” and another 1,000 exhumed bodies. He claims that the RS Commission report was done “under the dictate of the High Representative Paddy Ashdown.”

If you choose to describe that as other than a Milosevic witness denying Srebrenica, well what can I say other than you conform to expectations.
