I'm a long time reader, only recently started posting. Why shouldn't I mention John (sic) Stewart's name? He railed against the Swifties. Does that not matter to you?
Ok, I get what you mean now. I guess I would have got it the first time, if I would have seen a /sarcasm/ tag at the end. My hasty reading didn't comprehend the implied sarcasm.
I haven't watched Jon Stewart much at all lately. He used to be funny awhile back, when he made jokes about both sides. But he is SO anti-Bush, I can't stand to watch his show anymore. And, I've tried over and over to find it funny again; but just can't find it.
Dennis Miller on the other hand, gives a good shot from our side. Sometimes very funny, sometimes a little less. But at least I can watch the full hour of his program and enjoy it.
