I didn't mind the debate but I found it extreemly disturbing that a few FReepers here would ping the admins and ask for threads to be pulled on the subject and make wild accusations of hate mongering.

Last week at work, we were already wondering why we send millions and millions abroad in foreign aid...to our erstwhile friends/backstabbers...while US citizens are homeless or hungry or in desperate need. The other day, Boston talk radio had zeroed in on this, too...so you're not alone. The U.S. is waking up.
Unfortunately, pinging the admins upon seeing posts they disagree with, is happening way too often on FR lately. It's getting to be a turnoff.

We have some do gooders on here that cannot see the forest for the trees. Glad you stuck with it because IMHO they don't live in reality sometimes.
