I'll trade known-hurricanes for which I can prepare, for 12 feet of snow anyday. Those photos made me glad I live in S FL (except for all the RATS down here).
are you kidding me? You guys get this much rain for months in the summer, I lived in Orlando for a year and a half and it was constant, nasty storms...California is has the best weather in the country.
NY has had a pretty mild winter so far. Not like last year. But its still early yet.
Living in a blizzard zone, I must differ.
I'd rather have 12 feet of snow make me stay home, than a known-hurricane for which I can prepare to lose my home.
Hey - I'm another conservative South Floridian!! I'm actually surprised at all the Bush/Cheney bumper stickers and yard signs I saw in my area, they seemed to crop up more the closer it got to the election. So, don't despair, you aren't the only one down here! :)
