If they rule against Bush he will ignore the ruling.
We anticipate a very quick decision in the case. Dr. Newdow has asked for a preliminary injunction to stop the prayer activity. I anticipate the decision could be rendered as early as this evening. We have also been informed that Dr. Newdow plans on appealing the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and, possibly, even to the Supreme Court of the United States.Send this SO* packing!!
