"nd most people have PC's, so that means your neighbor will probably be helpful (in screwing it up even more) because he is familiar with it."

Since no one else in the neighborhood has one, who's gonna help you with it? Apple?

I have a 25Mhz PowerPC Performa. Frankly, it was probably a doorstop before I took it out of the box. That machine made me think that we'd never buy another Mac again.

Then they came out with the iMac and iBook and we've bought two of each since. Yes, Apple made a lot of mistakes but I refuse to punish myself and not use a good machine over a silly grudge over mistakes Apple made almost a decade ago now.
