In Oklahoma all absentee ballots are required to have the voter's signature notarized. They are tossed if submitted without notarized signatures.That's the way they do it here in Montana as well. I voted absentee in 1990 at the Clerk & Recorders Office and the County Clerk notarized my ballot for me before I voted.

What about military ballots? Do we ban military ballots unless we send notaries to the troops? Or are there notaries in a war zone?
