This article is specifically about calling up people with the specific intent of harassing them. When you go out to a restaurant, do you treat the waiter or waitress this way? Do you mouth off to them before they bring you your food? Do you go to a restaurant specifically to harass the staff? For some reason, I doubt it because you know what will happen to your food. People who work in the service industry are not there to act as your psychiatrist to help you with your unresolved issues.

While I sympathize with their plight they lost me when talking about the number of cabbies who were robbed and killed one sorry SOB had to nerve to say too bad it goes with the job.
