Far as I'm concerned, Boxer losing constituents is a good thing, and Condi Rice has my thanks for helping. Boxer's slur is disguised as sympathy for the troops -- ostensibly she's regretting the loss of American life in Iraq, but actually she's bemoaning the loss of support from dozens of counties that went red in California last November.
