I watched most of this the other day. Breyer says that since other courts cite U.S. cases, we should do the same, to return the favor and be nice as a world community member. It's just ridiculous that he's on the Supreme Court.
Well, am I wrong in assuming that the reason THEY cite US is because we have the best form of government going?
I mean, the countries that he must be referring to are all going to hell in a handbasket.
