While I do think Jamie Foxx was very good in Collateral, I also think that Tom Cruise should have been nominated for Best Actor. If you remember, Denzel Washington won his Oscar for his "bad guy" performance in Training Day. Cruise was equally as good in his "bad guy" mode.
