I stop at Wafflehouse once in a while. The food is cooked right there in front of you, Its not like they go in the kitchen and spit in it. You can see for yourself you get the same food everyone else gets.

People who file stupid suits like this need to be jailed for taking up the courts time.

Just last week as I was eating at a Waffle House outside Richmond the only thing I didnt like was this black guy trying to eat and talk loudly on his cell phone. Like I wanted to hear what this butthead had to say.I have Never seen anything like the story in the times I have been at waffle House.

By the way I wouldnt eat supper there , but for breakfast its hard to beat.Fast and like I say you watch them cook it.

Back in my "on the road" days, at 2:00 in the morning, if the crew was hungry, the WH was great.

At that hour, it's filled with hookers, truckers and newsies who just did a 11:00 Pacific time live shot for the idiot West Coast stations!

.... and P.S., it's not discrimination. At 2:00 in the morning, they treat everyone like dreck, as I would if I regularly had to work at 2:00 AM!
