WRC TV reports that a van going through the area of Pennsylvania Ave. and 15th Street was routinely stopped by police. The driver of the van then apparently said certain things that lead the police to call in the Secret Service, bomb squad, etc.

Shawn Hannity halfway mentioned it. Seems to be a few blocks away. blamed it on Mark Levin.
