Presidential Inauguration Security Information Turned Over to Anti-American, Terrorist-linked Group
D.C. Says Judge's Orders Threaten Public Safety

As the nation's capital prepares itself for the presidential inauguration by going into lockdown mode and placing portable Stinger missile launchers throughout the city, Americans may be stunned to learn that the District of Columbia has been forced by a federal judge to hand over intelligence data on police tactics, training, and strategies from the last inauguration to an organization with documented ties to terrorist groups and Saddam Hussein.

The District of Columbia was forced by court order to turn over this information to the International Action Center (IAC), a group involved in Thursday's protests of the second Bush inaugural through the A.N.S.W.E.R Coalition. The anti-Bush groups expect as many as 100,000 will converge on the nation's capital and they intend to get as close to the presidential motorcade as possible. Some media pundits have expressed surprise that the District has offered protestors "prime real estate" along the parade route along Pennsylvania Avenue. But this is largely because of legal pressure exerted by the protesters and their radical law firms.

Presumably the judge will be taken into custody to stand trial alongside the folks in New Jersey who continued to aid the "Blind Sheikh" who bombed the WTC.

Concerning A.N.S.W.E.R and assorted scum, we know where they are this time.

If anything happens tomorrow like riots, that judge should be held criminally responsible.

This is outrageous. The judge needs to be impeached and tried for endangering the President's life.

What did I tell you... the Left is planning an assassination at the inaugural. (No they don't think it through far enough to realize they end up with President Cheney).

Kessler & Kay should be horsewhipped while locked in stocks. The order to divulge and disclose this kind of operational intelligence with the identities of undercover officers should simply be ignored. Let Kessler try to enforce her order herself.

I have to agree that there have been such numerous calls from leftists to assassinate the president, in one form or another, and to stir up rage with their violent talk, that you can't help thinking that they are deliberately egging people on, and hoping that some borderline nut case will take them up on it.

I think it began with that call on national TV to murder Henry Hyde and his family. No one was punished for that episode, although they certainly should have been, or for later books and movies calling for the president's assassination, or the famous TV image of Bush in the crosshairs, so they think they can get away with it. And so far they're absolutely right.

No one could have done this while Billy Jeff was in office.

If the average american citizen did this exact same thing, they would currently be in the custody of the secret service and they would remain there till after the inaguration, and they would remain under very close observation for a very long time. The sickening thing is that the judge will get away with this.

I have done a lot of research on ANSWER and its related groups. You would be amazed at the ties throughout all the other "peace" groups - UFPJ, Code Pink, Refuse & Resist, NION, etc. Not to mention the WWP and Democratic Socialists. I have been lobbying for 2 years for someone to investigate these groups - esp. Ramsey Clark, but it falls on deaf ears. I hope that someone takes the initiative before something bad happens.

Federal Judicial Conduct

Summary

Below is a description of the process for filing complaints about misconduct by federal judges.

Complaints against federal judges are filed under the Judicial Improvements Act of 2002. 28 U.S.C. §§ 351-364. (The Judicial Improvements Act replaced the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act of 1980 (28 U.S.C § 372(c)) effective November 2, 2002. Although certain additions were made, the substance of the former Act remains intact.) Under the Act, any person may file a written complaint alleging that a judge has engaged in "conduct prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts" or "is unable to discharge all duties of office by reason of mental or physical disability."

Complaints are filed with the chief judge of the court of appeals in the circuit in which the judge sits, through the clerk of the court. After reviewing the complaint, the chief judge either:

dismisses the complaint,
concludes the proceeding if corrective action has been taken, or
appoints a special committee.
Most complaints are dismissed, and the most frequent ground for dismissing a complaint is that it is "directly related to the merits of a decision or procedural ruling." See www.uscourts.gov/judbus2000/tables/s22sep00.pdf. The complainant can petition to the circuit judicial council for review if the chief judge dismisses a complaint or concludes a proceeding.

If a complaint is not dismissed, a special committee is appointed to investigate the facts alleged in the complaint and file a written report with findings and a recommendation with the circuit judicial council. The council may conduct any additional investigation it considers necessary. The council is directed to take such action "as is appropriate to assure the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts within the circuit . . ." The judicial council may:

dismiss the complaint,
certify the disability of a judge,
request that a judge voluntarily retire,
order that, on a temporary basis for a time certain, no further cases be assigned to a judge,
censure or reprimand the judge by private communication,
censure or reprimand the judge by public announcement, or
order such other action as it considers appropriate under the circumstances.
The complainant and the subject of a complaint can petition the United States Judicial Conference for review of any action taken by a circuit judicial council.

Federal judges cannot be removed under the Act, although the Judicial Conference can refer a complaint to the House of Representatives for consideration of impeachment.

Each circuit has adopted rules governing complaints of judicial misconduct and disability (see, e.g., www.ca7.uscourts.gov/compla.pdf). For further information regarding complaints against federal judges, contact:

Well, I hope so. I am so angry about this that I am going to stop posting or I will be awake all night. I am quite simply beside myself to think that anyone would be so inconpetent and naive as to be so thoroughly hoodwinked. Good Night! I would say other things but Admin would ban me for sure and for certain.

Sometimes I am glad to be born of my parents and to have grown up around the plain folk.
