Fine but change the tax laws so that people can once again get a tax write off for donations to museums etc.

I have mixed feelings.
Despise the result of government intervention here.
Have noticed the very high standards in Russia...both dance and writing. They were terrified of authors who wrote of conditions that were supposed to be kept secret, but subsidized the training of their world class dancers.
Maybe thats the ticket...scholarships for talented youth, but after that either the product sells on its merits, or it doesn't.
