People blame all sorts of problems on immigration that are not really immigration problems. Some are crime problems, some are education problems, some are health problems, some are tax problems, some are hospital management problems. Some, like those in this article are anti-business problems.

I like to point out that many places with high immigrant populations have none of the problems that other places with high immigrant populations . We had a lot of gang problems in Houston in the 80s. (Asian, Mexican, black etc...) Instead of blaming immigration and passing the buck to Washington, we solved the problem ourselves by treating it as a local gang problem.

Sounds like you found the answer in Local taxpayers. Too bad the Federal Gov't didn't do their job. Eventually it all comes from the taxpayer's pocket.
